PR cohorts by
AOR month.

IRCC broadly works through applications in intake order, so the only comparison that means much is people who got their Acknowledgement of Receipt the same month as you, on the same stream. Pick a month to see exactly where that group stands.

How cohorts work

One AOR month, one stream, one cohort

Everyone who got AOR in the same month, on the same stream, is one cohort. Inland and outland are tracked separately because they finish differently.

01

Enter your AOR month and stream

Add an AOR date and choose inland or outland in the free tracker - you are placed in that month's cohort automatically.

02

Log milestones as they appear

Applicants log each stage manually after seeing it in their own IRCC account or PR portal. Nothing is read from IRCC systems.

03

Percentages rebuild weekly

Aggregates refresh every week. Older cohorts move slowly; newer cohorts change fastest in their first three months.

Cohorts below 25 tracked applicants are not published to search engines, because small samples produce misleading percentages. Figures are community-reported, not IRCC statistics.

Common questions

Cohorts, answered

How do I join a cohort?
Enter your AOR date and stream (inland or outland) in the free tracker and you are placed in that month's cohort automatically. Your milestones then sharpen the numbers for everyone who comes after you.
Am I behind if my cohort is ahead of me?
Not necessarily. Spreads of several weeks per milestone are normal even within one AOR month, because visa office, document completeness and background-check depth all differ. A useful rule: if you are more than one full milestone behind the cohort majority and past the typical day for that stage, check your IRCC account and consider a follow-up.
Why are inland and outland separate?
They finish differently. Inland files end with PR Portal emails (P1, P2) and an eCOPR; outland files end with a Passport Request, a COPR and landing at a port of entry - so their percentages move at different speeds.
How often do these numbers change?
Aggregates rebuild weekly. Older cohorts move slowly because most milestones are already reached; newer cohorts change fastest in their first three months.
