Who we are

What AORTrack does
You can start a timeline, log milestones you see in your own IRCC account, compare pace with others in your cohort, and optionally share a read-only view of your journey. We do not ask for your GCKey, UCI, or full application number.
Information we collect
Account and sign-in. When you use email login, we collect your email address and use it to send a sign-in link and to associate your tracker with you. Session cookies or tokens keep you signed in on your device.
Profile and timeline. Information you enter may include a public username, application stream (for example Express Entry or spousal), inland or outland status, AOR month, visa offices (PVO/SVO), milestone dates and statuses, and optional applicant details you choose to save.
Share links. If you turn on sharing, we generate a token so others can open a read-only page at /s/…. You control whether that link is active.
Feedback. If you send product feedback, we store what you submit so we can improve the tool.
Technical data. Our hosting, CDN, and analytics providers may log IP address, browser type, pages requested, and approximate location. We use this to keep the site secure and understand usage.
How we use information
We do not sell your personal information. Milestone data you enter is used to show your timeline and, in aggregate and de-identified form, to power cohort statistics shown to you and other users.

Where data is processed
The AORTrack web app runs at track.getnorthpath.com. API requests are handled by our backend (for example server.getnorthpath.com). Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure we configure for this product.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run AORTrack (such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security). If you publish a share link, anyone with that link can see the read-only view you enabled.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect users and the service.
How long we keep information
We keep account and timeline data while you use AORTrack and for a reasonable period afterward so you can return to your dashboard. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other laws that apply, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
You can stop using share links from your dashboard. You can sign out on shared devices.
Security
We serve the site over HTTPS and use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information was mishandled, contact [email protected].
Children
AORTrack is meant for adults managing their own immigration path or helping a family member. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

AORTrack is not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada. GetNorthPath is software and information, not a law firm and not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Estimates and cohort views are community-informed projections, not official processing times.

Changes
We may update this policy when AORTrack changes. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
